We knew there was probably more then one raccoon getting into the squirrel feeder every night. Now we know there are four!
Apologies for the lack of quality. Was my first time trying my new toy at night. I figured the bush was cropping in to the frame, but I was having some difficulty getting the focus locked in since it was dark out. I am definitely planning on trying some more night work again, so hopefully I learn from my (many) mistakes 😉

A Common Grackle wondering why the House Finch won’t eat the little white seeds faster so he can have the sunflower seeds.
This is from a couple weeks ago. Switched over to just Safflower seeds in this feeder and now the Grackles leave it alone.

A Squirrels Dilemma
On the one paw: I am scared to death
On the other paw: I want to eat all this yummy corn
On the third paw: I have seen this guy run before
On the fourth paw: I think I will let him come another 10 feet before I haul ass over this fence

Had a couple of these take an interest in the new feeder. I thought they looked kind of cool with their all black body and bright yellow eyes.
Then I watched them use their beaks to throw all the food on the ground in order to get at the sun flower seeds. Then I thought they looked like they need to go! Switched over to just Safflower seed and they seem to be leaving it alone, and are back to cleaning up after the squirrels.
